Ms. Ellen Bobruff-Reese has over 30 years implementing evidence-based therapies, with the goal of providing clients with treatment that have an indication of usefulness. It maybe painful to explore feelings and experiences or you may feel emotionally uncomfortable at times, give IME a few sessions to fully understand your situation and concerns and to determine the best approach or course of action.
Ms. Bobruff-Reese offers cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), imago relationship therapy (IRT), and hypnotherapy. She focuses on increasing your awareness of unconscious thoughts and behaviors, developing new insights into your motivations and unresolved conflicts.
